Who would’ve guessed one of the most charming films of the year has one of the most charming ensembles. It’s something we gleefully discovered when taking part in the press junket for Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris, as we spoke to cast-members Lucas Bravo, Ellen Thomas and Lambert Wilson. We also had the pleasure in speaking to the director Anthony Fabian, as we discuss the film and its themes, we talk dresses, Dior, London, Paris – and of course, Lesley Manville. Synopsis
In 1950s London, a widowed cleaning lady falls madly in love with a couture Dior dress, deciding she must have one of her own. After working to raise the funds to pursue her dream, she embarks on an adventure to Paris that will change not only her own outlook — but the very future of the House of Dior.
