We’ve had to wait for a long time to get a sequel to one of the best-animated superhero movies and Disney Pixar has finally given us something to look forward to with a teaser trailer for Incredibles 2.
Admittedly, the 54-second teaser tells us absolutely nothing except that Jack-Jack has some pretty impressive powers and he is yet to control these as a simple sneeze gives Mr Incredible a new hairstyle.
It’s been thirteen long years since the original was released which was written and directed by Brad Bird. The film followed the incredible family who was forced to hide their powers and live a quiet suburban life. Mr Incredible’s desire to help people draws the entire family into a battle with Syndrome, a former fan who now plots to wipe out all superheroes with his killer robot.
Now Bird has returned to write and direct the follow-up, which has yet to get a plot reveal. Included in the voice cast are Samuel Jackson, Holly Hunter, John Ratzenberger, Craig T. Nelson and Sarah Vowell.
