StudioCanal has released the international trailer for ‘How to Make a Killing,’ a darkly comic thriller that gleefully sharpens its knives while smiling, led by Glen Powell.

Powell stars as Becket Redfellow, a blue-collar outsider disowned at birth by his obscenely wealthy family. Cast aside but never forgotten, Becket grows up with one goal flickering like a neon sign in his mind: reclaim what he believes is rightfully his. The catch? His relatives are very much alive, very rich, and very much in the way. As the trailer makes clear, Becket is prepared to bulldoze through family bonds, etiquette, and morality itself to get his hands on the Redfellow fortune.

Written and directed by John Patton Ford (Emily the Criminal), How to Make a Killing draws inspiration from StudioCanal’s devilishly beloved Ealing comedy ‘Kind Hearts and Coronets.’ The film boasts a formidable ensemble, with Margaret Qualley, Jessica Henwick, Zach Woods, Topher Grace, and Ed Harris circling Becket’s path like wary chess pieces.
