Sky Cinema has debuted the UK trailer of Anthony Maras’ real-life 2008 hostage thriller ‘Hotel Mumbai’.
Based on a true story, Anthony Maras makes his directing debut with devastating effect in the film which depicts the 2008 terrorist attack Taj Mahal Palace Hotel.
The film stars Armie Hammer and Nazanin Boniadi as new parents David and Zahra, Jason Issacs as Russian businessman Vasili and Dev Patel as newly promoted waiter Arjun.

The film will be released in UK and Irish cinemas and be available on Sky Cinema and NOWTV from 3 May 2019.

On the 26th November 2008, a wave of devastating terror attacks throughout Mumbai catapulted the bustling Indian metropolis into chaos. In the heart of the city’s tourist district, Jihadist terrorists laid siege to the iconic Taj Palace Hotel, whose guests and staff became trapped in a heroic, day-long fight for survival.
