So, this Sunday is probably the biggest movie night of the year when all the stars come out in force to Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles to see if their movie has won an Academy Award. This year, we’ve got an unprecedented 10 movies up for best picture and you can see the list of all the nominees here. You may also notice (at the time of writing) we have a nice animated Oscars banner designed by the super talented Paul Collett from Pixel Fury. You can click that at any time to be taken to all our Oscar coverage.

Even though the Oscar ceremony doesn’t start until 1am GMT, HeyUGuys will be up for the duration bringing you all the coverage we possibly can with every tool available to us.

Ways to follow HeyUGuys on Sunday:

Live Blogging

Much like the BAFTAs, Jon will be bringing you minute by minute updates from the Oscar ceremony including details on who’s won, who’s lost and who’s made the most emotional and embarrasing acceptance speech! We need you to post comments, thick and fast on what you think about what’s happened and who ‘should’ have won!

Twitter / Facebook – Social Networking

Twitter has changed the way the world works and Dave (that’s me!) will be in charge of all things tweetable. I’ll be providing links to all the winners, images of the night and anything cool that I think is worth you taking a look at. Please feel free to tweet me back and I’ll do my best to answer as many of the incoming messages as I can. And please feel free to say what you think. You can follow HeyUGuys on Twitter here and join our FaceBook Fan Page here.

Live Video Stream

Tom, the newest member of the HeyUGuys team will be doing what he does best and conversing with you via the medium of a live video stream. You’ll be able to interact with him, ask questions, get his thoughts and feelings on the night as it happens.

So, it’s going to be quite a night and we can’t wait to have you all on board with us.
