It’s been a great year at HeyUGuys towers and we’re immensely grateful to each and every one of you who have found us in 2010.

There’s much to look forward to in 2011 with new films from Darren Aronofsky, Terrence Malick, The Coens, Spielberg and Peter Jackson along with Green Hornets and Lanterns leading the superhero onslaught which will take in Thor, Captain America and the new X-Men film, First Class.

While it’s the end for Potter fans with the second part of the Deathly Hallows elsewhere it seems impossible to stem the flood of sequels with Mission: Impossible, Pirates of the Caribbean, Scream, Spy Kids all getting a fourth crack of the whip (not perhaps the most useful turn of phrase when connected with fourth films in the series)…

As well as our much anticipated roadtrip to Area 51 with Messrs Pegg, Frost and Paul there’s Submarine from Richard Ayoade and Source Code from Duncan Jones which are high on my list for 2011. JJ Abrams’ Super 8, Cary Fukunaga’s Jane Eyre and Zack Snyder’s Sucker Punch are intriguing prospects all and there are sure to be some surprises along the way.

Make sure you start off the year with a trip to see Tom Hooper’s The King’s Speech, and I hope you all have a most excellent New Year.

Happy New Year!
