Atari are 40 years old today. Can you believe it? I mean it only seems like yesterday I was twisting the ‘joypad’ to play pong, and then twisting it again to play football. I even took a trip to the Nervada desert to see if I could crap a free copy of E.T, but couldn’t find the mythical hoard of buried games.
Anyways, to celebrate their 40th birthday Atari are offering their iOS app for free today. Yes I know the Atari legends app is normally free, but you have to pay for the actual games. Not today however.
