To celebrate the release of Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock!, which returns this weekend on Apple TV+, we sat down with the filmmakers behind the renaissance and the ACTUAL FRAGGLES to have a sing-song and dance our cares away.
Jim Henson’s fun-loving, musical Fraggles are back! Join Gobo, Red, Wembley, Mokey, Boober, and new Fraggle friends on hilarious, epic adventures about the magic that happens when we celebrate and care for our interconnected world.
Chatting to showrunners Matt Fusfeld, Alex Cuthbertson, and Halle Stanford, they tell us about the legacy of the show, why they wanted to bring the show back to life as it was rather than rebooting it, bringing Jim Henson’s wonderful puppetry and design into the 21st century and why, in 2022, its the perfect time to bring the Fraggles back to the world.
We also had an amazing time chatting to Red, Boober, Gobo, Mokey, and Wembley and had the time of our lives learning about their new waterfall and what they think of the “silly creatures from outer space”.
