The four minutes of footage that AMC screened at Comic-Con earlier this year has made its way online courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter. They also tell us that the first episode will air 31st October with a 90 minute special.
As the title may suggest, The Walking Dead is a new Zomebie film which is directed by Frank Darabont (The Green Mile / Shawshank Redemption) and is a six part TV series based on the Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore and Charles Adlard comic of the same name. Darabont has written, directed and produced the series which follows a small group of survivors fighting for their lives led by British actor, Andrew Lincoln, who you’ll recognise from Teachers, Love Actually and more recently, The Heartbreakers.
The Walking Dead also stars Jon Bernthal, Jeffrey DeMunn, Linds Edwards, Keith Allen Hayes, Laurie Holden and Addy Miller.
