Apple TV is clearing the launch pad once again. The streamer has unveiled the premiere date and first-look reveal for season five of its acclaimed space drama ‘For All Mankind,’ signalling a bold new chapter in its ever-evolving alternate history of the space race.
Season five of ‘For All Mankind’ will make its global debut on Friday, March 27, 2026, launching with a single episode on Apple TV+. New episodes will then be released weekly, every Friday, through May 29, as part of the 10-episode season.
Created by Ronald D. Moore, alongside Matt Wolpert and Ben Nedivi, the hit drama continues to expand its cosmic canvas, pushing humanity deeper into the solar system while keeping its focus firmly on the human cost of progress.
A New Era on Mars
Season five picks up years after the explosive Goldilocks asteroid heist, with Happy Valley now transformed into a bustling Martian colony. What was once a fragile outpost has grown into a thriving settlement with thousands of residents and a strategic base for new interplanetary missions.
But prosperity brings tension. As Earth’s nations demand law and order on the Red Planet, long-simmering conflicts ignite between the people who now call Mars home and the powers still pulling strings from millions of miles away. The result is a season charged with political friction, personal reckoning and high-stakes exploration, as humanity tests just how far it is willing to go.
