Press on Features and Chata Pictures have just released the first trailer for their new movie, White Collar Hooligan (previously titled The Rise and Fall of a White Collar Hooligan). It’s written Paul Tanter who has previously worked on the ‘Jack’ series of movies. This time, he also takes on the role as Director to helm the movie based on a true story which the info on YouTube states is ‘made in the vein of The Football Factory and The Business by Nick Love.’

White Collar Hooligan stars Nick Nevern, Simon Phillips, Peter Barrett, Rebecca Ferdinando, Charlie Bond, Roland Manookian with Ricci Harnett and Billy Murray. It’ll be with us later this year so watch this space for more info.

Casual football hooligan Mike Jacobs is going nowhere in life when he meets old friend Eddie Hill at a football match that turns nasty off the pitch. Under Eddie’s tutelage he soon finds himself inducted into the world of credit card fraud, where organised gangs withdraw hundreds of thousands of pounds from cash machines every night. As Mike becomes seduced by the money and women that come with his new lifestyle, the dangers increase and he soon finds events spiralling beyond his control.

Based on a true story, White Collar Hooligan follows the journey of a man tempted by the trappings of power and is the first feature film to address the huge criminal industry of credit card fraud.
