With Comic Con now gearing up to begin with a bang, we’re going to get lots more trailers, posters and images over the next few days so keep your eyes peeled! Summit Entertainment have just sent us the first image from The Darkest Hour.
The movie stars Emile Hirsch, Olivia Thirlby, Rachael Taylor, Max Minghella, Joel Kinnaman, Dato Bakhtadze and is directed by Chris Gorak. It’s set for release in the UK January 13th 2012.
Synopsis: THE DARKEST HOUR follows five young people who find themselves stranded in Moscow, fighting to survive in the wake of a devastating alien attack. The 3D action-thriller highlights the classic beauty of Moscow alongside mind-blowing special effects from the minds of visionary filmmaker Timur Bekmambetov (WANTED, NIGHT WATCH) and director Chris Gorak.
In this first image, we get to see the main star, Emile Hirsch in Mosow’s Red Square. We’ve also been primed for more to come frmo the movie during Comic Con so keep your eyes peeled.
