A month ago word came that the oft-mooted biopic of Porn Man Paul Raymond was finally moving into production with Film4 securing the services of Steve Coogan to play the man in question and Michael Winterbottom to direct the film now titled The King of Soho,
Today we have the first look at Coogan and Anna Friel who plays Raymond’s wife and it’s not much but diverting enough to see the look they are going for, and the authentic touches they are including.
Although it’s pretty much certain that the Lady Gaga book in the window will be CG’d out. Or just not included in the shot – you know what I mean.
