It was our absolute pleasure to speak to the legendary composer Hans Zimmer recently just as he was completing work on Kung Fu Panda 3 at the world famous Air Studios in London.
In between sessions we spoke with the man responsible for some of the most iconic music heard in cinema and found out what goes into finding the right sound for the film.
Hans spoke about how it is to work in the animation medium and the specific opportunities that arise from working with Chinese musicians and instruments.
Finally we also got some tasty news about the upcoming Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice Blockbuster.
Hans, who was involved in Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy, spoke about struggling to find the theme for The Dark Knight and how he felt the film was a double-whammy as it was a ‘Batman sequel and Superman sequel’ for him.
Kung Fu Panda 3 is released in UK cinemas on March 11th.
