We’ve been given this fantastic featurette called ‘Designing and Empire’ from the awesome TV series that is HBO’s Boardwalk Empire. I look forward to watching it every week and it is definitely one of my favourite shows of 2011 (along with A Game of Thrones!)
This featurette has interviews with Production Designer Bob Shaw and writer Terence Winter and looks specifically at the production design of the show and is here to celebrate the release of Boardwalk Empire Season 1 on DVD and Blu-ray on 9th January 2012. We get to see a time-lapse of the Boardwalk being built while we’re told how the boardwalk itself is put together.
