I guess eventually, I’ll stop titling these posts Transformers 3 and go with the official title which, as you’ll see form this new logo is called, Transformers: The Dark of the Moon (not the Darker Side!).

Remember a while ago we brought you loads of amateur footage from the Chicago set of the latest Michael Bay epic, well Entertainment Tonight were there for the whole thing and have now cut they report together to create a rather nice inside look at the new movie which see Shia LaBeouf, Josh Duhamel and Tyrese Gibson all back but with no Megan Fox. Instead, she’s replaced by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, a Victoria Secrets model who plays the part of Carly. OtherĀ  newcomers to the franchise include John Malkovich and Patrick Dempsey who, in the footage claims this is the biggest movie he’s ever been on.

Shia LaBeouf also tells us in this ET footage that this movie is going to be the best yet and that they’ve learnt from their mistakes in the second movie. He doesn’t expand on that but our take on it is to 1) not have racist characters and 2) make it less complicated!

Transformers: The Dark of the Moon is released 29th June 2011 in the UK.
