Devils is a fast-paced, high-stakes drama set in the chaotic financial world, and stars TV heavyweight Patrick Dempsey, as well as the brilliant British performer Malachi Kirby, who himself is making great strides in the industry off the back of a brilliant turn in Steve McQueen’s Mangrove. We had the pleasure of interviewing the pair together to discuss the attraction of this series and what audiences can expect.
Dempsey comments on why he felt the role was perfect for him, and what it was like having to wear a suit, all the time. Kirby discusses his commitment to every role, and tells us just what sort of director McQueen is, as he recounts his experiences working with him on Mangrove. Meanwhile, Dempsey tells us how he watches TV these days and whether he’s a binge-watcher, and what he made of recent Netflix sensation The Queen’s Gambit.
