If you’re a fan of the Blu-Ray format, then you’re going to love this. And if you’re not, I thoroughly recommend converting now. It seems that Play.com are in the business of brightening up our Friday afternoon! They currently have a sale on a number of last year’s biggest blockbusters on Blu-Ray, headed up by X-Men: First Class on Triple Play (which includes the Blu-Ray, DVD, and Digital Copy) for just a meagre £5.99!

As you can imagine, I added to cart as soon as I saw it. They’ve also got a great selection of other Blu-Rays, including Rise of the Planet of the Apes (Triple Play), Captain America: The First Avenger (Triple Play), Cowboys & Aliens (Triple Play), Transformers: Dark of the Moon (Triple Play), each for £9.99, as well as Green Lantern (Single Blu-Ray) for £5.99.

If you missed any of last year’s biggest blockbusters, or if you’re itching to see any of them again, now is clearly the time to do it! I’d recommend being quick though, because these might not last for long.

X-Men fans might also like to know that Play have the Blu-Ray Quadrilogy for only £7.99 at the moment, which is the cheapest price I can remember it ever being, so you can complete your collection from scratch on Blu-Ray for only £14. Absolute steal!

With thanks to the users ‘junk4’ and ‘Sayishere’ over at hotukdeals for the heads up. Very much appreciated. If you take advantage of any of these offers too, let us know which ones you picked in the comments below! I’ve gone for First Class and Cowboys & Aliens, and can’t wait to watch them both again.
