1. The Batman
When a movie called “The Batman” starring Ben Affleck was rumoured for a 2019 release a few months ago, it seemed hard to believe. With two DC Comics movies now set to be released that year, it just became a whole lot more likely.
What we’ve seen of “Batfleck” looks great so far, and with Zack Snyder looking to introduce an experienced and older version of the Caped Crusader who is closer to his comic book counterpart than Christopher Nolan and Christian Bale’s take, the appeal of spending more time with him is undeniable. Remember, Warner Bros. wanted Affleck to direct both Man of Steel and Justice League for them, so there’s every chance that the man who helmed the Oscar winning Argo will be both behind and in front of the camera for The Batman.
