The story is told from the point of view of three of the men in line to participate in Cassie’s swan-song, each of whom are identified only by their numbers, Mr 72, Mr 137 and Mr 600. Tom Sizemore (Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down, True Romance) has been cast as Mr 600, being the man who first introduced Cassie to the adult entertainment industry. He in turn introduces us to each of the others waiting in line. There is no news yet on who will play Mr 72 or Mr 137. In the novel Mr 72 claims to be Cassie’s son, which one can only presume will not go down well with the Daily Mail. Thora Birch (American Beauty, The Hole, Ghost World) is set to play a “talent wrangler” named Sheila.
It looks as though this is going to be another grown up film from exceedingly grown up source material. We’ll bring you more casting news as we hear it.
