COFILMIC, Manchester’s finest comedy and film festival, is spearheading an exciting new writing initiative called the COFLIMIC Comedy Lab. Aimed at new and existing comedy writers alike, it is a chance for anyone to get involved and hone their skills through specially designed workshops and mentoring from industry experts.
Creative England are COFILMIC’s partners on this project and the strongest ideas that are produced during the event will be tracked by Creative England and may even receive further funding.
The Comedy Lab will take place in Manchester City Centre over a period of two months, with an additional pitch, networking and live comedy event taking place in week four.
