The film follows Stiller as Brad. A middle-aged Father and Husband, working for a non-profit company who is under the illusion his best friends from college all made something out of their lives while he just merely exists for the day to day, watching every penny they spend and wondering where he went wrong. As he sends his son off to college, his mid-life crisis hits a crescendo.

Written and directed by the School of Rock and Nacho Libra’s Mike White, the film has a star cast of Stiller, Michael Sheen, Luke Wilson, Jenna Fischer, Austin Abrams and Jemaine Clement.
