Netflix has unveiled a new trailer for ‘Seven Dials,’ its upcoming three-part Agatha Christie adaptation.

England, 1925. At a glittering country house party brimming with cocktails, cloche hats and whispered rivalries, a harmless practical joke curdles into something far darker. By morning, laughter has vanished, replaced by murder. What begins as a lark spirals into a chilling conspiracy that threatens to tear polite society apart.

At the centre of the mystery is the unlikeliest of detectives: the irrepressibly curious Lady Eileen “Bundle” Brent, played by Mia McKenna Bruce (How To Have Sex). Clever, restless and fizzingly inquisitive, Bundle plunges headfirst into danger as she attempts to untangle a plot that will change her life forever, cracking open the country house mystery from the inside out.

The series boasts a formidable ensemble. Helena Bonham Carter (One Life, Nolly) presides with elegant menace as Lady Caterham, while Martin Freeman (The Responder, Black Panther) brings wary authority as Battle. They are joined by Corey Mylchreest (Queen Charlotte) as the enigmatic Gerry Wade, Edward Bluemel (Killing Eve, Sex Education) as Jimmy Thesinger, and Nabhaan Rizwan (KAOS) as Ronnie Devereux, each adding another ticking cog to Christie’s intricate clockwork.

Behind the scenes, Seven Dials is penned by ‘Broadchurch’ creator Chris Chibnall, who also serves as executive producer. He is joined by Suzanne Mackie (The Crown) via Orchid Pictures and Chris Sussman (Good Omens). Direction and executive production come from Chris Sweeney (The Tourist, Back to Life), promising a tone that is witty, epic and briskly paced, with modern bite beneath its period polish.
