Last night saw the glitterati from the world of Film and Television come together for the 2020 Screen Actors Guild Awards which saw both Joaquin Phoenix and Phoebe Waller-Bridge walk away with the top gongs in their field.
‘Parasite’ made history at this year’s awards ceremony by becoming the first foreign-language film to receive the Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble Cast in Motion Pictures award paving the way to a possible Oscars win come warly in February.
Other notable wins went to Netflix series ‘The Crown’, Laura Dern for supporting actress, Renee Zellweger for leading actress, and Brad Pitt.
