Apple TV has unveiled the trailer for ’12 12 12,’ a gripping new drama starring and executive produced by Emmy Award nominee Anthony Mackie (Captain America: Brave New World) and Golden Globe Award nominee Jamie Dornan (The Tourist).
The highly anticipated eight-episode series puts a fresh spin on the heist thriller, unfolding across three interconnected timelines: the 12 months of meticulous planning, the 12 hours of the heist itself, and the 12 days that follow. With three ticking clocks and everything on the line, every decision could make or break the operation.
’12 12 12′ follows a disgraced FBI agent, played by Mackie, and an American career criminal, portrayed by Dornan, as they engage in a zero-sum game of cat and mouse across Europe. At the heart of their dangerous game is an audacious raid on a bank vault buried deep beneath the streets of Zurich, setting the stage for a high-stakes battle of strategy, deception and survival.
Joining Mackie and Dornan is an ensemble cast led by Jack Kesy, Agathe Rousselle, Sallie Harmsen, José Garcia and Emmy Award nominee Kali Reis.
The series is created and executive produced by Dudi Appleton and Jim Keeble. Emmy-nominated and BAFTA-winning filmmaker Kari Skogland directs multiple episodes, including the pilot, and also serves as an executive producer.
