Bruce-Willis-and-Jai-Courtney-in-A-Good-Day-to-Die-HardA Good Day to Die Hard marks the fifth entry in the immensely successful Die Hard franchise, which has become something of a cult phenomenon, launching action hero Bruce Willis to new heights of fame over the years.

The past few months have been good to fans of the films, with the first and second trailers surfacing in October, as well as a new featurette at the start of the month. And with just over two months to go before its big screen arrival, a new image has surfaced online of Willis and his on-screen son, Jai Courtney.

“Iconoclastic, take-no-prisoners cop John McClane, for the first time, finds himself on foreign soil after traveling to Moscow to help his wayward son Jack–unaware that Jack is really a highly-trained CIA operative out to stop a nuclear weapons heist. With the Russian underworld in pursuit, and battling a countdown to war, the two McClanes discover that their opposing methods make them unstoppable heroes.”

Willis and Courtney will be joined by Cole Hauser, Sebastian Koch, and Yuliya Snigir, with the brilliant Mary Elizabeth Winstead reprising her role as Lucy McClane (John’s daughter, Jack’s sister) from the fourth film, Die Hard 4.0 (a.k.a. Live Free or Die Hard).

John Moore (Max Payne) is at the helm for the latest entry, directing from a script by Skip Woods (Hitman).

A Good Day to Die Hard is set for a release in the UK and US on 14th February, 2013, just in time for the Valentine’s weekend, as a perfect alternative to those looking for something a little more action-heavy. For now, here’s the new look at Willis and Courtney and John and Jack McClane.
