This evening Keanu Reeves brought his own particularly special set of skills to London for the Gala screening of John Wick Chapter 2. This is the second film in a presumably ongoing series for the actor, in which pits the semi-retired hitman against hordes of mafioso all across the world.
The first film had a number of exceptional set pieces which never strayed too far away from the ridiculous to cause any concerns. Indeed, the stripped bare narrative was one of the most important things John Wick Chapter 1 did. Fans of the first will be hoping that the sequel continues this trend.
The film stars Keanu Reeves, his co-star from The Matrix Laurence Fishburne, Bridget Moynahan, John Leguizamo, Lance Reddick, Ian McShane, Common, Ruby Rose, and Peter Stormare. The film is directed by Chad Stahelski and sees a release here in the UK at the end of next week.
