With the dust kicked up by Jurassic World only just settling on his heels, and with a date with a galaxy far, far away on the horizon, Colin Trevorrow’s forthcoming The Book of Henry gets a first look today.

Returning to the cinematic backwaters after a trip to Blockbuster city is just what the doctor ordered, as Trevorrow’s latest scales down the spectacle to tell the story of two young friends intent on heroics in a neighbourhood domestic dispute. The two young actors each have their breakout films behind them; Jeff Nichols’ Midnight Special for Jaeden Lieberher, and Room for Jacob Tremblay.

Naomi Watts and Lee Pace are set to star alongside the two boys, and there’s a September release date set in the States which should make this a certainty for the LFF in October.

Here’s the first look image, Tremblay with the strong jumper game.
