The first trailer for Christopher Presswell’s Candlestick has gone live over at TVBomb.
The film, which will have its UK premiere at the inaugural Aberdeen International Film Festival next month, is a contemporary London-set thriller described in the programme as a Hitchcockian homage.
The official synopsis reads:
A social gathering is rocked to its core when Jack accuses his best friend’s wife of infidelity. But as the allegations start ?ying, it soon emerges that far more sinister intentions may be at play…
Candlestick stars Andrew Fitch, Isla Ure, Nigel Thomas and Tom Knight, and will be screened at Cineworld Union Square on Wednesday the 8th of October. Fitch, Thomas and Presswell are expected to attend.
