When the latest trailer dropped last week for the troubled X-Men: Dark Phoenix it failed to impress fans and critics alike. Now, 20th Century Fox may have just remedied that with the official release of the leaked and subsequently taken down International trailer.

X-Men writer and producer, Simon Kinberg, makes his directorial debut on the film which stars Sophie Turner as Dark Phoenix and Jessica Chastain as the villain in the cinematic version.

James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Tye Sheridan, Nicholas Hoult, Alexandra Shipp, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Evan Peters, and Olivia Munn also return with Lamar Johnson.
