The incredible first teaser trailer for Logan didn’t reveal an awful lot about the plot, but it did confirm that a young X-23 will appear. For those of you unfamiliar with the character, she’s a a clone of Wolverine who was brought up in captivity before she escaped and joined the X-Men. In Logan, she’ll be a child, and both Laura and the hero appear in the poster below.
With two claws in each hand and one in each foot, X-23 is pretty formidable, but it appears as she’s going to need the protection of Professor X and the reluctant Wolverine in this film.
That’s something this poster makes a point of emphasising, though it’s going to be interesting to see whether or not the youngster also gets to show off her fighting skills in Logan. Speculation is already running rampant than an adult version of the character is going to be part of X-Force when that teams makes their big screen appearance in Deadpool 3.
