Warner Bros. Developing Wonder Woman TV Series?

2

Warner Bros. Television is reportedly developing a new TV series centered on the DC Comics super-heroine, Wonder Woman.

David E. Kelley, the mind behind such legal drama as Ally McBeal and The Practice, will serve as writer and producer on the serial.

The TV series come after Warner Bros. spent years attempting to bring the super-heroine to cinema screens. People like Beyonce, Angelina Jolie and Joss Whedon – who invested two years of his life writing a script, only for it to be dismissed by Warner Bros. – expressed interest in the now, seemingly defunct project.

Not much else is known at this point in time but, until Kelley or Warner Bros. confirm their involvement, take anything as speculation.

Would you watch a Wonder Woman TV series? Who would you like to see portray the super-heroine herself?

  1. Angelina Jolie never expressed interest in the role. Where are people getting this from?

Anyway, I think a Wonder Woman TV show is more likelier than a movie.
