With Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt set to lead the cast of Colin Trevorrow’s (Safety Not Guaranteed) Jurassic World, a villain has now been for the actor to square off against in the highly anticipated follow-up to the original trilogy.

According to Deadline, Vincent D’Onofrio (Law & Order: Criminal Intent) will play the currently unnamed bad guy, while Irrfan Khan (The Amazing Spider-Man) is also now confirmed as being a cast member. They join both Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard (The Help). Plot details are currently being kept under wraps.

It’s believed that Jurassic World will follow on from the events of the past movies, although some are referring to it as a reboot.

D’Onofrio will next be seen alongside Robert Downey Jr. in The Judge, while Khan recently appeared in the Academy Award nominated Life of Pi. Colin Trevorrow is directing Jurassic World from a screenplay he wrote with Derek Connolly. Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley are producing, and the movie is set for a 3D release on June 12th, 2015.
