To celebrate the release of Save Me Too, which is available to watch now on NOWTV and Sky Box Sets, we chatted to star Thomas Coombes about the second season and continuing the search for Jody.

In the show, Coombes plays Goz, a drug dealer and friend of Nelly’s (Lennie James) who is still searching for his estranged daughter, Jody and speaks to us about the difficulty faced with doing a second season to a successful first, his love for Lennie James and their character’s friendship on-screen and what he hopes from a potential third season if there is one.

The series stars James as Nelson “Nelly” Rowe, a down-and-out whose life is turned upside down when Jody, the estranged daughter he fathered thirteen years ago, mysteriously disappears. Suranne Jones, Stephen Graham, Jason Flemyng, and Coombes co-star.
