Apple TV+ has released the adrenaline-charged trailer for its all-new action-packed thriller, ‘The Last Frontier,’ starring and executive-produced by Jason Clarke. From creators Jon Bokenkamp (The Blacklist) and Richard D’Ovidio (The Call), the 10-episode series will premiere globally on Friday, October 10, 2025, with the first two episodes, followed by one new episode weekly through December 5.

Set against the unforgiving backdrop of the Alaskan wilderness, ‘The Last Frontier’ follows Frank Remnick (Clarke), the lone U.S. marshal charged with maintaining order in the remote, rugged barrens. His quiet jurisdiction is shattered when a prison transport plane crashes nearby, unleashing dozens of dangerous inmates into the wilderness. As Remnick scrambles to protect the town he’s sworn to keep safe, he uncovers a terrifying truth: the crash was no accident but part of a sinister, orchestrated plan with consequences that reach far beyond Alaska.

The trailer teases high-stakes survival, explosive confrontations, and a chilling game of cat-and-mouse where the line between hunter and hunted constantly shifts.

Joining Clarke in the ensemble cast are Dominic Cooper (Preacher), Haley Bennett (The Girl on the Train), Simone Kessell (Yellowjackets), Dallas Goldtooth (Reservation Dogs), Tait Blum (Sweet Tooth), and Academy Award-nominee and multi-Emmy Award-winner Alfre Woodard (Clemency).

The series hails from Apple Studios, with Bokenkamp and D’Ovidio serving as executive producers and writers, alongside Clarke, Laura Benson, Glenn Kessler, Albert Kim, and director Sam Hargrave (Extraction), who helms the series’ episodes with his signature kinetic style.

Packed with tension, action, and mystery, ‘The Last Frontier’ promises to be an edge-of-your-seat thriller that pushes survival to the limit while unravelling a deadly conspiracy at the ends of the earth.
