Written and directed by Seong-ho Jang, the new faith based animation The King Of Kings draws inspiration from The Life of Our Lord by Charles Dickens. Featuring a star-studded voice cast that includes Kenneth Branagh, Uma Thurman, Mark Hamill, Pierce Brosnan, Roman Griffin Davis, Forest Whitaker, Ben Kingsley, and Oscar Isaac, the film brings together some of Hollywood’s most celebrated talents to narrate one of the most influential stories of all time.
The film follows a young Charles Dickens as he tells the life story of Jesus Christ to his son, Walter (Grffin Davis). As Dickens weaves his narrative, his words spark Walter’s imagination, taking audiences on a visually stunning and heartfelt journey through the life and teachings of Christ.
We spoke to acclaimed voice actor James Arnold Taylor about his career and about voicing some of the most recognisable characters in Star Wars. James also spoke about his love for the Star Wars fandom and lending his voice to many video game characters, including the much anticipated Marvel Rivals.
Meanwhile, Jojo Rabbit star Roman Griffin Davis chatted to us about his experience working on the film as a voice actor, a first for him, and how different he found it as opposed to voice acting. Roman also talked about his excitement at meeting Mark Hamill and his disappointment at not being able to meet the rest of the voice cast.
The King of Kings will be in UK and Irish cinemas from the 11th April, book your tickets now www.thekingofkingsfilm.com.
