The First Official Image from X-Men: First Class is a Bit Odd!

I saw this new image for X-Men: First Class first on The Daily Blam (via @AdamRubins) and didn’t believe it was real for one second but then after some investigation, i found it on MSN’s website here which therefore means it has to be real doesn’t it? And if it is real, what the heck?!

It looks like they’ve stuck each of the heads on other people’s bodies! Or is it just me? I’m really hoping the marketing for the movie improves after this! Sony really did it right when they released the first awesome image of Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man.

X-Men: First Class is directed by Matthew Vaughn (Kick-Ass) and stars  James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Rose Byrne, Jones, Kevin Bacon, Nicholas Hoult, Jennifer Lawrence, Caleb Landry Jones, Lucas Till, Edi Gathegi, Jason Flemyng, Oliver Platt, Morgan Lily, Zoe Kravitz and Bill Bilner.

It’s released in the UK 2nd June and we’re hoping for the first trailer any day now.

  1. I’ve just read the hopeful news that this may be a leak; meaning, yes, it’s come from an official source, but no, it wasn’t ready for/designed for release. Hopefully that explains the slightly shoddy look! First really, really official photo should be expected soon 🙂
