You can always rely on Entertainment Weekly to get their hands on a whole bunch of new images and details for the most anticipated films. Well, they have come up trumps again with a host of new images and details for the imminent arrival of ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’.

Following the exploits of Rey, Finn, Poe, Kylo Ren and the rest of the gang fighting out there in that galaxy far, far away. It will complete the Skywalker Saga which began with Episode IV A New Hope in 1977.

Set a full year beyond the events of ‘The Last Jedi,’ Oscar Isaac says the Resistance is messily still trying to pull itself together again: “They’re trying to put bandaids on this leaking ship of the Resistance.”

Daisy Ridley’s Rey goes on a personal journey to find out who exactly who see is via a definitive explanation of her parents.

Ridley states “The parent’s thing is not satisfied – for her and for the audience. That’s something she’s still trying to figure out – where does she come from? It’s not that she doesn’t believe it, but she feels there’s more to the story. And she needs to figure out what’s come before so she can figure out what to do next.”
