Even with a film so mightily anticipated that a simple advert in a local paper would suffice to whip the legion of Alien fans into an unstoppable frenzy the people behind the jewel in Fox’s 2012 crown are making all the right moves to ensure that the slow drip of new info on Ridley Scott’s Prometheus is carefully controlled and, most importantly, actually interesting.

Revealing Guy Pearce’s role in the Alien prequel-but-not-really through the ingenious gimmick of a TED talk from the future announcing the shape of things to come was a great move and the website which has been set up over at Weyland Industries is set to be a spurting fountain of clues, some more obvious than others.

So, here for starters is a magnificent image from the film, showing what I think is the Space Jockey’s control room (and tomb as it turns out) in a whole new light as a huge star map.
