The film is out on the 20th of July and brings to an end Nolan’s take on the Gothamite and his masked alter ego. There’s no doubt that it will make an absolute fortune for Warners, particularly as The Avengers box office haul has proved that comic book movies are more than capable of being the biggest of money-spinners.
Christian Bale is joined by Anne Hathaway as Catwoman, Tom Hardy as masked man Bane and there’s Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Gary Oldman back for the big finish.
