The duo, who were responsible for this years It’s Kind of a Funny Story and the multi-award winning Half Nelson, will write and direct the indie drama for Wayfare Entertainment.
Hate Mail is set to feature interweaving stories about several Manhattanites who encounter various iterations of hate mail and grapple with the subsequent fall out of their relationships.
Production is due to commence early next year, so expect further details, including casting, to trickle out over the course of the next few months.
