A storm is coming — and it’s not just over the English Channel. StudioCanal has dropped a powerful new trailer for ‘Pressure,’ a tense and atmospheric World War II drama that dives into the nail-biting final 72 hours before D-Day.

Set in the crucial days leading up to D-Day, ‘Pressure’ zeroes in on a rarely explored battlefield: the weather room. Every troop, ship, and strategy is poised for action—but one unpredictable force threatens to unravel it all—the British weather.

At the centre of this high-stakes drama is James Stagg, played by Andrew Scott. As Britain’s chief meteorological officer, Stagg is tasked with delivering the most critical forecast of the war. His prediction will determine whether the largest seaborne invasion in history proceeds—or is fatally delayed.

Locked in a tense standoff with Allied leadership, Stagg must navigate conflicting forecasts and the immense weight of expectation. A wrong call could lead to catastrophe, while hesitation could tip off German forces.

With only his trusted aide, Kay Summersby (Kerry Condon), to confide in, Stagg is haunted by the memory of a disastrous D-Day rehearsal. Meanwhile, the ultimate decision lies with Supreme Allied Commander Dwight D. Eisenhower, portrayed by Brendan Fraser.
