The poster, imposed with a “Celebrate the movies in all of us” tagline, is said to – according to the press release – evoke the emotional connection every single person has with cinema.
The 84th Academy Awards nominations will be announced on January 24, 2012, with the all important glitzy ceremony following on February 26, 2012, at the Kodak Theatre, California.
