Shudder has dropped the official trailer for ‘Night Patrol,’ a gritty new horror thriller that blends police corruption, gang tensions, and supernatural dread into one pulse-pounding ride. The film, directed by Ryan Prows (Lowlife), hits U.S. cinemas exclusively on January 16, 2026.

Set in the heart of Los Angeles, Night Patrol follows an LAPD officer who is forced into an uneasy alliance with the neighbourhood’s rival street gangs after uncovering a chilling truth: a specialised police task force is hiding a monstrous secret that threatens everyone living in the housing projects he once called home. As loyalties fracture and the body count rises, the officer must confront the darkness both on the streets and within the force itself.

The tense and atmospheric trailer teases a world filled with uneasy alliances, underground terror, and a conspiracy that reaches deeper than anyone expects.

The film features a standout ensemble cast, including Jermaine Fowler, Justin Long, RJ Cyler, Freddie Gibbs, CM Punk, YG, Flying Lotus, Dermot Mulroney, Jon Oswald, and Nicki Micheaux.
