Universal Pictures have launched a viral site called Masrani Global focusing on the company belonging to the man who reopened Jurassic World to the public back in 2005. That means the park will have been operating for a decade when we pay it a visit in Colin Trevorrow’s highly anticipated movie next summer.

There are a lot of interesting details on the site which offer some insight into the character of Sanjay Masrani (Irrfan Khan) and elaborates on the role played by Jurassic Park character Henry Wu (B.D. Wong).

Also included are a number of new stills putting the focus on both of them and the theme park itself. Jurassic World the movie is still shrouded in secrecy of course, but the site sheds some new light on how this iteration of it has returned and some background information on a handful of the movie’s characters.

Based on what we’ve heard so far about Jurassic World, it’s shaping up to be one of 2015?s best movies, and Colin Trevorrow is a promising young filmmaker who looks set to follow up some great lower budget Indies with a blockbuster that stands head and shoulders above any similar remakes, reboots or sequels.

Starring Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Ty Simpkins, Jake Johnson, Nick Robinson, Irrfan Khan, Vincent D’Onofrio, BD Wong, Omar Sy, Judy Greer, Katie McGrath, Lauren Lapkus and Andy Buckley, Jurassic World is set to be released in 3D, 2D and IMAX on June 12th, 2015. Are you looking forward to the movie?
