The posters show are the same as the US ones released earlier in the month with one crucial difference….. the UK release date which is the 25th August and we, like most of you, can’t wait to see it!
The movie stars Matthew Patel (Satya Bhabha), Lucas Lee (Chris Evans), Todd Ingram (Brandon Routh), Roxy Richter (Mae Whitman), Kyle (Shota Saito) and Ken Katayanagi (Keita Saito) and Gideon Graves (Jason Schwartzman), of all who Michael Cera’s character, Scott Pilgrim must defeat in battle in order to win the hand of Ramona V. Flowers (Mary Elizabeth Winstead).

I wish they had started their campaign with this poster… it’s probably accurate what Boxofficemojo.com wrote: The Cera-guitar poster didn’t give at all an idea of what the movie was about. Worse, even: it might make you think that it’s a rock n roll-comedy.
Don’t know if the campaign is to blame (partly) for the movie not doing better at the box office, but since the critics did like it for the most part, it’s very well possible…
