More TV spots have been released for two of the three new DC Comics series coming to television this Autumn. The first is Gotham, the Batman prequel which puts the spotlight on Detective Jim Gordon and younger versions of some of the Caped Crusader’s most iconic villains, including The Penguin and The Joker.

The latter is seemingly referenced in this TV spot as we see a silhouette made of blood which looks an awful lot like the face of the bad guy who will apparently be teased throughout season one before his origin is finally revealed. Talking of Gotham, it was recently revealed that the series will air on Channel 5 here in the UK.

The latest preview of The Flash offers up a new look at Barry Allen in action as the Scarlet Speedster.

This series won’t be set in the same universe as Gotham though, but it is connected to Arrow. In fact, it has already been confirmed that Arrow and The Flash will feature in a two-part crossover later this year. For that reason, it’s likely that The Flash will be aired alongside Arrow on Sky One.
