A number of sites have reported that the next trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be attached to Avengers: Age of Ultron, though it honestly seems more like common sense rather than insider info at this point. Regardless, another now claims to have “confirmed” that it will indeed be shown with the sequel.

With Avengers: Age of Ultron pretty much guaranteed to be a $1 billion hit, putting the next Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer in front of the sequel is the best way to get as many eyes on it as possible. The Marvel movie is set to be released earlier in the UK (on April 24th), but that doesn’t mean the trailer will be too!

However, the Star Wars Celebration convention takes place from April 16th to 19th, and rumour has it that the trailer will first premiere there. It should go online shortly after as a result, so expect to see it within the next few weeks either way. It’s obviously not clear what will be included in the next trailer or how long it will be, but there have been reports which indicate that the Original Trilogy cast will get the spotlight.

It should be interesting to see which movie comes out on top at the box office this year. Disney owns both the Star Wars and Avengers franchises, so they win either way. Which of these has you most excited?
