We put up a trailer for Robert Pattinson’s new movie, Bel Ami a little while back and unfortunately, even though it was a completely clean copy, it had leaked and we were asked to remove it. I am pleased to tell you that the movie looked rather promising and I’m sure we’ll get to place it online again in the not too distant future! In the meantime, here’s a batch of new images for the movie which show Robert Pattinson with rather a lot of different women!
Bel Ami is helmed by Declan Donnellan and Nick Ormerod and as well as Pattinson stars Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas, Christina Ricci, and the fabulous Colm Meaney.
Bel Ami is the story of Georges Duroy (Pattinson), who travels through 1890s Paris, from cockroach ridden garrets to opulent salons, using his wits and powers of seduction to rise from poverty to wealth, from a prostitute’s embrace to passionate trysts with wealthy beauties, in a world where politics and media jostle for influence, where sex is power and celebrity an obsession.
No release date as yet but we’ll keep you posted.
