As we get closer to the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron, more and more promotional material for the highly anticipated sequel is finding its way online, and we’ve gathered up some of the best for you here!
In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, but things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.
The movie stars Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Cobie Smulders, Don Cheadle, Paul Bettany, James Spader, and Samuel L. Jackson and hits May 1st, 2015. However, it will reach the UK earlier of April 23rd.
Marvel has also released four new IMAX posters for Avengers: Age of Ultron, but only one will be available when the sequel is released (the official @Avengers Twitter account is giving fans the chance to choose).
Finally, a new batch of promo art has also surfaced (via CBM) which gives us our best look yet at Paul Bettany’s Vision, along with many of the other heroes and villains who will appear in the movie. There’s still no sign of Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch, and it’s hard to figure out why they’re being kept under wraps.
